$199 Diagnostic Fee is too high!
They found a flipped circuit breaker and a GCI button that needed to be pushed. Still had to pay $199! I feel stupid and ripped off.

Snaked a clogged drain
Very happy with BD. Stetson gave great advice, got the job done quickly and was extremely neat. Ontime, easy to work with, honored the quoted price. Will definitely use again.
Water Heater Repair
The reason for this low rating, is because I was really surprised with the high repair cost. My charge was almost $300 for a 20 minute job, plus a $20 part, plus a travel charge.
The total charge was about 30% higher then I expected.
