Cheap labor, premium price
-1 star for Unclear expectations and then claiming "That's not our job, you didn't pay for that" when the job is done. It should be his job to make sure it's clear what they are doing and what they are not.

Realiable, quality, and timely
Not a job that Frank can't tackle! He painted, trimmed, and installed my basement doors within a tight time line but didn't skimp on quality. I would definitely recommend and use him again in the future. Thanks again!
