Business will need to relocate to another building upon sale. It's currently operated in a 1100sq.ft. area that includes area for manufacturing, development, creation, materials, supplies, storage, equipment, embroidery dept., etc. The products are superior above any other so-called competition. Materials come from USA and other overseas where below average product. Custom blankets and towels are top product types made. Distribution via Internet, past clients and customers, word of mouth and shows such as arts festivals, holiday workshops, fairs, outdoor gatherings and other distribution mediums. Owners currently focus on Utah, Nevada and Arizona as places to travel and attend these shows. New owners have freedom to expand to as many other areas as they wish. No territory restrictions.

Training is included as well as full business operations so within 10 days or less, the new owner will have specific instructions and direction to operate and expand their business.

One area of expansion is in the Social Media market which hasn't been explored.
