Bill Bashford started doing Plumbing and Heating over 30 years ago, Later in Life Bill was able to take on his Son Kyle as an apprentice, He trained and helped Kyle get a Plumbing License. In 2021 We (Bill & Kyle) Decided to stick Together and Start our own Company and do Plumbing and Heating the Right Way. We named our Plumbing and Heating company Rocket for quite a few reasons. First off we didn’t want to be another Bill’s Plumbing, or “Last Name” Heating and Air Company. We feel like there are way too many of those out there. We want to convey more than just “We do Plumbing”.

For us the name ROCKET expresses our love of Science Fiction, New Technologies and anything involving Space being high tech, cutting edge and standing as the final frontier.

We wanted to convey to our future customers that we are fast as a rocket, give us a call and we’ll get you on the Launch schedule as soon as we can.

We arrive prompt and on time just like Astronauts would, ready to orbit your home and make critical repairs on your equipment. We stay on task and get the job done.

We use clear and friendly communication with clients, breaking down complicated plumbing and HVAC Jargon into simple terms and ideas that anyone can understand, (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning).

To be Honest, even we find it hard to reach out to other businesses that we’ve never used before, for supplies, equipment and services. Its impossible to tell how they’ll treat us, how they’ll handle and care for our trucks, equipment and employees. You wonder if their pricing is fair and if their products are high quality.
