Shoddy Work--I Have to Redo Most of It
Low-bidder; that was a mistake. His work was shoddy. He left divots and indentions and unsmooth walls. You can't paint that. I had to patch and sand way too much of his work. In addition, he was a poor communicator. We never knew when he was coming, ... more
