I am an experienced cleaning professional with 10 years of experience, education and training in this industry. Personally, I enjoy being out in the field and meeting new people. I happen to be very good at cleaning carpet, rugs, tile, and upholstery, I especially enjoy observing the happiness & satisfaction that having freshly cleaned carpet brings to people. It is generally recommended to regularly clean your carpets at least once every 1 to 2 years, however if your carpet sees heavy usage, it may be necessary to clean it more frequently.

CLEANING PROCESS: My cleaning process for most residential cleaning jobs comes in 4 basic steps after evaluating the condition of your carpet:

1. Pre-vacuum when necessary. 2. Pre-spray all areas wall to wall and address specific areas of concern accordingly. Allow appropriate dwell time for pre-spray to loosen soiled areas. 3. Use appropriate agitation as needed with a hand brush, counter rotating brush machine, or rotary machine to further dislodge stains, spills, and soil. 4. Steam extract with fresh water or neutral rinse. I carry a variety of tools and cleaning supplies in the van for many situations such as UV light, carpet blower, sub-surface extraction tool, etc.

Pre vacuuming is recommended but not required. Residential homes, apartments, condos, townhouses, vacant/move in-out, restaurants, hotels, senior living, store fronts, office, tile, LVP/vinyl hard surface floors, rugs, furniture.
