Really great to work with
Mario was professional and friendly. He was good at communicating and staying in touch with us. He had great availability. He diagnosed and fixed our freezer same day without charging a ton. I’m saving his number to call next time I need anything.

No one likes to fix washers
Mario unwilling to fix my washer because he says he'd have to a.) take it to his house, and b.) use a jack to lift the inside tub. $600 estimated work. However, on youtube I found a vid showing how No Such Actions would be required to fix my washer. ... more

Actually called early
Mario checked my fridge and found the compessor was bad, and advised me to replace with a new fridge. Only charged a minimum fee.

Mario came and told us the the issue with the washer and gave a timeframe when the part would arrive, still waiting no part and no call and charge for diagnostic.
Great Service and Super-Fair Prices
I've had Mario out three times—dryer, washing machine, and now a new water heater. He is considerate, professional, and very competent.
