I can't tell you how many times I've had a customer contact me saying they were told they needed a tear off done on their roof, when all they really needed was a simple repair or Re-Cover (adding a layer of shingles over the existing roof). We will inspect your roof and let you know what your options are ahead of time, so you can make the choice that's right for you because we respect your decision. Our business is to help people, not empty their bank accounts.

Roof Leaks, No Response
My new roof started leaking after one year and Chavez Roofing will not repair it. I cannot even get them to return my calls or email. Beware.
