At Phoenix House Cleaning, we provide comprehensive cleaning solutions for homes, offices, apartments, Airbnb properties, and more. Whether it’s a one-time deep clean, move-in/move-out service, or routine upkeep, we tailor our services to fit your needs. Enjoy the convenience of daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning options—contracts are welcome!
Our Services Include:
Standard Cleaning:
- General dusting, dish loading, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Cleaning of the kitchen (stovetop, countertop, microwave in/out, dishwasher outside, fridge outside, wipe down cabinet outside), bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms and other specific tasks are available upon request..
Deep Cleaning / First-Time Cleaning:
All standard cleaning tasks, plus detailed cleaning of inside cabinets (for move-in/move-out), refrigerators in/out, ovens, blinds, baseboards, doors, walls, range hood filters, ceiling fans, and interior windows*
Additional services like bed making, laundry, folding clothes, dish organization, and other specific tasks are available upon request..
Carpet Cleaning:
For light carpet washing in bedrooms, living rooms, offices, and hallways, we offer an add-on service using a Steamvac SpinScrub machine at just $0.35 per sq. ft. (Advance notice required).
