Helpful but overpriced

Fast and fair

Mike came out the same day. Picked up the part he assumed it was on his way here and was able to fix it. Reasonably priced. Wish I would have seen the $20 coupon earlier though.

Very fair

Mike gave me an honest diagnosis. It would cost more than the appliance was worth, so I declined service. But the service was prompt and the price was fair. No complaints and I will use him again at my rentals.
