And any other inspections required by city and or state ordinance. We can also rehab a property For Sale or to clean up to make viewable.Pricing: We are a 2 man crew$80.00 per hour (1 hour minimum) for trouble shooting and minor repairs. Plus expenses and materialsWe also offer flat rate bids on larger projects or any project you would like an estimate on, estimate price will be applied to project balance if hired.We have immediate openings available!
