For the average lawn (roughly 4000 sq feet of lawn), our prices are $50 for an Aerate and $40 for Fertilizer Application. $5 additional (per service) for every additional 1k sq feet of lawn.

We use premium IFA granulated fertilizer and Ryan Aerators.

These guys were awesome, they were on time and did an awesome job. Very fair price for the amount of work they performed. I will be using their Power Raking and aeration service’s again. Nice friendly guys. Give them a call.
