Normal install is 3 to 4 weeks from the time the pool hole is dug until you are swimming Pending weather

Auto safety cover (optional on small pools)

Installation 350 ft.² of cement

Manual vacuum and start up equipment and chemicals

Color (Large) led light

Installing pool

Craning pool if not going over house (with yard access)

What is not included without seeing your yard is

Yard accessibility

Cost to haul the dirt off from your backyard

Cost to run gas and power to the equipment pad location

The following are base prices for swimming pools installed

Small pools 10’ X 20’ start at $80,000.00 14' X 35 $99,985.00 16' X 40' $115,000.00 up to 16 X 40 Diving Pools $130,000.00

The following are some of the different sizes available

12 X 25, 14 X 30, 14 X 35, 16 X 35, 16 X 40, 16 X 40 Diving

Different pool shells cost different amounts of money to install

There is swimming pool financing available up to 25 years up to $150,000 with little to no money down simple interest pending on your credit and income

FYI the pool Prices usually go up in the summer

You can lock in the current price and available dig date with a $30,000 deposit
