We do it all:
commercial maintenance ,sprinkler installation, sprinkler repair, grading ,top soil, sod installation, gravel decoration ,mulch installation, planting , yard clean up, concrete turf installation. retaining wall up to 4 ft

Sprinkler system installation price:
$1050 to $1150 each zone just to give you a idea 1 zone covers around 1000 sq ft of sod.
Sprinkler repair price:
$75a hour for each sprinkler technician with 2 hours minimum.
Sod and sod installation price:
I charge $1.05 for Kentucky Blue Grass the sq ft that's the sod and labor.
Unique Ornamental Turf Grass it requires 50% less water than Kentucky Blue Grass this at $1.20 a sq ft labor and sod.
Price to replace the stop and wasted:
Starting at $1100 if the stop and wasted is more than 4 ft each ft deeper is $100 more .parts not included (around $300)
