Cottonwood Custom is a full-service deck company locally owned and operated here in the SL Valley. We provide a wide array of deck services that will cover all of your decking repair, refinish, and rebuilding needs. From as basic as a light cleaning and maintenance coat of stain to protect it against our harsh Utah seasons to a full tear-out and rebuild. We can handle it all. 

Cottonwood Custom started in 2004 as a small restoration company with the desire to full the void of a lack of companies willing to restore what is already built. There have been hundreds of decks over the past decade and a half of operation that we have saved from the landfill. Our process can take your dingy, dirty, warped, and weathered deck and bring it back to life. We take pride in our work and the end results are amazing. 

We also offer full tear-out and rebuild services as well. It's possible that your deck has seen better days and yes we would prefer to restore it and give it another lease on life, but in some instances, your dollar is better spent on a new deck.  Composite decking is a great way to take the yearly staining maintenance out of your summer plans. Composite decks do need cleaning yearly to remove dirt and debris, but it's a much easier process than that of wooden deck refinishing.  If you have always wanted a new deck, either wood or composite, call us and set up a time to discuss the project.
