General Info

This last August there was a huge hail storm that hit over 14,000 homes! Several hundred homes have already have had a complete roof replacement courtesy of their homeowners insurance for just the cost of the deductible paid by the owner. A few of the damaged roofs are visible from the ground, but most are not. The only way to see if there is sufficient damage is to have a trained licensed roof inspector climb on the roof and inspect the roof. I helped on my first roof in 1970 at age 8, and did my first roof solo at age 12. Since then I an my crews have completed nearly one thousand roofs. Every roofer out there has years of experience or they wouldn’t be doing this. What sets me apart form all the rest is the team that I have helping me get the insurance to approve all required aspects of the job, but also the far superior materials that we use.

I’m sure that you have been inundated recently by other companies! Let me tell you why you should do business with me and no one else. The first reason is that I refuse to offer any other material than Malarkey roofing shingles to my clients. Funny name…that’s the founders last name…But they are the absolutely the best shingles available bar none! All of the competitor’s shingles are inferior to Malarkey shingles. Malarkey is the only company to uses modified polymers in their shingles. All the other manufactures use just regular old asphalt, a 150-year-old technology that is very brittle. Modified polymers are what give Glad trash bags their flexibility and strength. Malarkey had been offering this type of shingle for over 30 years to Alaskans and others located in extremely cold temperatures. The shingles can be installed in temperatures down to 0 degrees and remained flexible. But it was very expensive to manufacture these shingles using virgin chemicals.

Greg Malarkey saw a huge advantage if these shingles could be manufactured at a comparable cost to his competitor’s shingles. So, he put his chemists to work and in 2016 Malarkey came out with their entire product line utilizing this ground-breaking technology at a cost similar to GAF, Certainteed, Owens Corning. This is done by upcycling approximately 5 used tires and 3,200 used plastic bags per the average roof. These shingles also utilize a 3M coating on the granules to remove smog from the air. Wow! Unbelievable!

Reason #2 Ask me how you can get a reduction in your homeowner’s insurance premium using Malarkey shingles instead of having your premium increased due to your roof loss claim. Some roofers charge an extra $1,000 for the second tier Vista shingles that have a level 4 hail resistance rating. We include this upgrade at no additional cost.

Watch this video of soda cans being shot at Malarkey shingles and see the “competitors” GAF, Owens Corning and Certainteed get destroyed.

My team and I will help you with the claim all the way to the end. And then finally help you get the reduced premium on your policy.
