We provide legal services in many areas, focusing mainly on family law, housing, consumer, expungement, and small claims assistance - primarily through unbundled legal services.  Although our office is in Ogden, we are able to serve the entire state with many of our services and offer virtual appointments through the web. 

Our services are designed to help people who are trying to help themselves in the legal system.  Unbundled services / limited representation means that we only do the work you ask us to do.  For instance, if you want us to draft your legal documents, but you will talk to the judge yourself we can help with that.  Or if you have drafted your legal documents, but need someone to help in court, we do that too.  We also offer case evaluations and general legal advice from attorneys who have years of experience behind them.
